GO WITH NATURE



                      About health, I will always say it often to everyone. All human beings are generally nature. If you want to live long or stay healthy GO WITH NATURE.

              Don't use artificial chemicals for food or don't apply any artificial chemicals on your body. This is the first thing I prefer everyone.

             In ancient days people live long healthy for so many years. Because they consumed only natural foods and oil in their lifetime. That makes their life healthy. They prevent nature and also got everything from nature.

             When humans get into artificial they are struggling with diseases. 

            Human body has a lot of cells, muscles, tissues and bones. Which observes nutrition from food, sunlight, air and water. When you feed your body without natural supplements, It will definitely go wrong.

            Always consume natural products for a healthy lifestyle. For example, When anyone apply a cream-based medicine on their wound, What will happen?

            skin cells observe the power of medicine and cure it.

In the same way, If you use a soap contains with heavy chemicals what will happen?

           Skin observes it too. When chemicals get into your blood cells it will react opposite to your natural body and make diseases.

           Same way in food also, If you eat chemical added food for your daily use, Chemicals will contaminate your blood and make the unwanted reactions inside your body.

           Don't feed or apply an artificial substance to your natural body. Always prefer natural products. Artificial flavors, colors and essence are harmful to health. Make sense of it.

           Reduce chemical added food and cosmetics for your long and healthy life. I know none can make changes suddenly in their life but prepare from now onward. Get awareness of it.
