                     Great question. Not only you, more than 90% of people struggling with their work in their organizations. Because they are working only for their salaries. That is the mindset they are struggling with. Really not with their work.

                   You have to change your mindset. Don't work for your salary, work for you or for your job. While working for a salary people only do works commented by their seniors or supervisor. They won't think or make a move towards learning new stuff. In simple words, they have the only programmed knowledge.

                  While working for a salary they won't be active all those working hours. Laziness will occur them. Sometimes it is happening due to over timing, lack of knowledge about their work, past problems or for their mistakes done in the previous handling. They won't work with their full interest.

                  This person won't get any improvement or new higher postings inside their organizations. They remain as they joined their organization for long years. Means helper as a helper, low-grade technician as a low-grade technician like this. The people stay with only limited knowledge and limited salary too. If they are getting any increments or bonus that will also very low.

                  But, when you're working for you, you can achieve more. You can develop your skills day by day. You won't last your interest. You will be a person with confidence. You will begin to innovate more ideas. You will be the best motivated. You will push you to learn more about it.

                 When you're doing this you will be notified by your concerned organization and be praised. A new posting will be given to you. Your junior will be impressed by you. They will follow your attitude. People inside your organization will ask you for new ideas. Your name will be reached at peak.

Follow these steps to get success in your career,

      1)  Don't refuse to learn new skills or methods in your work.

      2)  Be sincere to your job or career.

      3)  Accept your junior's worthy comments.

      4)  Teach your team members from your experience.

      5)  If they did any mistakes, don't punish. Make their mistake visible to them and give ideas to do their work without any mistakes.

Finally, don't work for your salary. Work for your skills.
